MIRACLE. CREATOR. HEALER.
Resilient Intuitive. Penn State Alumna. Business Owner. Movement Instructor. Sister Friend. Poet. Writer. Photographer. Artist. Believer. To name a few…
Born in Tampa, Florida, Jackie is literally a miracle. She was a resilient micro-preemie, weighing under two pounds. After months in the NICU, she survived without major complications. After moving to New York City at age five, Jackie was orphaned at age seven. Nevertheless, she worked hard to become a top student at her public schools in Brooklyn, paving the way for the best possible outcome, all while challenged with complex childhood trauma.
Jackie is a proud Pennsylvania State University alumna, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration Management with a Human Resources concentration. For over a decade, Jackie has cultivated a passion for Program Development and Management, Business Consulting, and Resource Management, while simultaneously building a career teaching classical Pilates, functional movement, life coaching, meditation, and breath-work. Jackie utilized her experiences and expertise to help create, develop and manage an international Pilates Teacher Training Program. She is also the owner of one of the first Pilates Equipment Maintenance service companies, and has taught Pilates both virtually and in person for 15 years. At Kinetic Leaders, Jackie works on a wide range of consulting and talent engagements.
With extensive experience teaching Pilates to both groups and privately, she has a natural gift for assisting clients in connecting to the power of a healthy mind/body connection. Jackie uses her intuition and educational expertise to develop “outside of the box” techniques to assist clients in developing a deeper love for intentional movement while getting stronger not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. Jackie combines her love for business administration with her love for Pilates, mindfulness, and movement to guide and consult individuals and businesses, with gratitude.
